Sky sport offer

First time posting, just orded sky sport on offer for £25.99 per month for two months, went to watch on tv wouldnt come on, so I have had to pay £36.99 for another months pass with boost which I didnt want, i am literally fuming, been on this now box for years and always get passes  all the time for sport livid I am 🤬

How did you manage to order two different NOW Sports Membership on the same account ?

 

Or did the first order of £25.99 per month not gone through ?

 

Or did you create a second NOW account and have two charges ?

 

With regards to the first order of £25.99 per month and it went through on your account then it sounds you have succumb to the NOW glitch that you need to trigger the Sports Membership on a PC or smartphone / tablet to trigger the Membership on your main playback NOW box.

 

if you have two different Sports Membership on two different accounts, jump over to live chat and ask for a refund for the £33.99 and see if NOW can trigger the £25.99 Membership their end on your account.
