Hello,
Yesterday I changed my password for now tv and I am now receiving an error message when trying to access the app ‘Network problem- sorry we couldn’t connect you to Now’ even though I am connected to a network. Appears to be a technical error, please can someone advise how to get this working ?

What playback device are you using with the error message ?
Does it effect all your playback devices when watching NOW ?
Have you tried temporary disconnecting the power to your playback device and Router ( even if the Router is running ok).
If you have mobile internet data can you temporary test with your mobile data using your phone has a wifi hotspot.
Also who is your ISP ?
