Hello I need to book an engineer to come and got my internet as I have an NTL Line and not BT it’s near enough impossible to get through to anyone what can I do?

Did you try the telephone number from this link page below if you are attempting to contact the NOW Broadband Team ?

The lines are normally pretty busy, but when i have phoned them in the past it takes between 10 to 20 minutes for me to get through.
Or alternatively drop them a message using the web form on the same link above.
