Aggressive Call from "Sky" about router

My Mum has received two calls today from "Sky" telling me that we have an issue with our router and that we must follow the steps they give us over the phone. I pointed out that I had no issues with the internet and that if there was an issue I would go to my provider first to see if they were the people to talk to. At this point the gentleman got very aggressive on the phone talking over me and telling me that I HAD to do as he said or he would block my Mums internet - I ended up hanging up.

Has anyone else had this happen

@JRHoskins

Unless it's Sky's FTTP package, they are most likely scamming you.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
