Cannot make or receive voice call

Hello

I'm on fibre broadband.

I can no longer make or receive phone calls. I used to do a few weeks ago.

The phone does not work in my master socket but does work on my neighbours phone line which is BT.

I cannot plug the phone into the router.

Any ideas much appreciated?
