Hello I pay for broadband and phone line however I don’t use / need the phone line and I get billed for it ofc, is there anyway to just pay for broadband and not the phone line as well? I’ve looked all over and cannot find anything relating to my issue. I wanted to just call up and ask them to cancel it but again cannot find a number. Anyone know what I should do ?

@Anonymous User I hate to burst your bubble, but you do indeed use and need your phone line. That’s how your broadband is delivered. No phone line = no broadband.

Hello you can get the internet without the phone as i have got it i only pay 25 a month and that for my internet so can be done just phone them up tell them u dont use the phone at all.
