Landline

My landline is dead.  Everything has been checked for connectivity within the home.  Neighbor's all  OK.  Contacted BT but as I have a landline deal with Now Broadband, BT say I have to contact Now.  The phone line 0330 3323 050 is permanently engaged.  There is nowhere  on line  with a link for 'Landline problems'.   A line check was carried out and stated all OK.  In our 80s and with several health problems it is essential we have a house phone, as opposed to a mobile which we both have difficulty with handling.  The Live Chat is hopeless with nothing appropriate on the main menu.  Getting desperate!!

Use the number from the link below. It is for landline and broadband problems, but they close at 20:00 so call tomorrow.

Not sure why you contacted BT as you are a NOW broadband and phone customer. BT do not handle with OpenReach or any other internet provider.

To report you need to call the number from the link below. FYI the call centre operates 8am to 8pm.
