Now tv box wont sync with the app

I have a box and stick in 2 tvs, and on a 3rd TV I have the app only. The app on the TV syncs with the app on my phone (adding movies to my watch list, continue watching ect) but the box and stick doesn't. They don't reflect any changes I make, and any I make on them don't update with the apps. Any idea on how I can fix this?

I've deleted the apps and reinstalled, reset the box/stick and logged out and back in on all of them and at a loss now.

Try a factory reset to the device.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
