When you go to My Account > Manage Account > Bills & Payments whilst logged in on here what does it show for the breakdown of the £85 charge ?

 

Is it one charge for the month or a number of separate payments across the month for various TV Passes and possible Broadband & Phone costs if you also have NowTV Broadband.

 

Your best option is to get in touch with NowTV live chat or drop them a message on their web form (both communication methods on this link page below).
