pass not working

We bought a  Now TV for £25.00 about 2 weeks ago and everything was going fine, then last night sky cinema was not letting us watch and kept coming up with 'buy pass' when we bought the stick it said we had a 1 month entertainment and sky cinema pass...

Hi, it says on my account my next payment date is 22nd November but I recieved an email on the 8th November saying my payment was overdue so I'm not sure if its overdue or not and I dont wanna be cut off.  thanks in advanceDavid
