Hi
I am having a persistent problem with my now tv stick dropping connection to my Internet.
No other devices drop the connection, phone, laptop, TV, only the stick. The connection usually returns within a couple of minutes but this can repeat and repeat sometimes, making viewing very frustrating to the point I'm avoiding using the device now.
Any help would be valued on this issue or would it be a faulty device if so how do I go about claiming on the warrenty?
