Sky Dish into NowTV Smart Box

Hi guys,

 

I'm living in a new build and there isn't an aerial connect, only the satellite dish.

With the dish, you have 2 DC ports, which neither fits into the nowtv smart box.

Is there a way I could convert these cables into one that would fit in the box?

Welcome to the forum.

 

Unfortunately satellite transmissions and Freeview transmissions are two completely different systems, you won't be able to convert the satellite feeds to work with the Smart Box. You'll either need an external aerial or a portable indoor aerial (although the NOW TV app and catch-up apps from BBC, ITV etc all work via your Internet connection so will still work even if you don't connect an aerial).
