Now tv

My now tv app on my smart tv won’t load. Just doing a circle. 
all other apps working fine.

Has it worked previously? Have you tried restarting the internet connection on your TV?

@redchiz1 hi no never done it before. Yes reset internet tv and even removed and re downloaded the app.

OK, assuming your TV is supported then your best bet is to contact NOW directly, use the green Chat online button near the top of the page here to get through to an agent.

Try rebooting/unplugging the TV for a few minutes. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

What make and model of TV, please?

What internet speed do you get?

Can you load Now, over WiFi not cellular, on your mobile phone?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
