What is my account details?

I have ordered now tv combo, received the router etc, but I am confused as I have tried logging into my account it's saying I don't have outstanding order and it's asking me for my bank details when I try to look at my account!! But I have these when I signed up. Help!

@Anonymous User That's weird, you don't have multiple accounts do you?

 

Since this is account related, you are best using live chat/broadband phone number to contact the combo team. 🙂

Click the link and the green contact us button.

There you can either use the live chat option or hopefully, since you did order broadband, the phone number should show up. 🙂

Welcome to the forum.

 

If you keep being asked for payment details when you try to chck your account then you've logged in with the wrong username (for instance you might have logged into an old Sky ID you've used with Sky TV or broadband my mistake, or an old NOW TV account you forgot about).

Try logging in with any other accounts you've set up - check the My Account screen of the NOW TV app on any devices you use to watch on to see what your username is, or check any emails you've received to see if they have the correct username on them. Failing that follow the steps in this help article to retrieve your username

When you're logged in with the right account, you'll be able to check the status of your order by going to your My Account > Track My Order page
