Disney plus

Hi 

 

I have the Disney plus app when I go to login in keeps taking me back to the login page and not the Disney plus home screen. My details are correct and I can login normally on my phone! 

 

I contacted Disney plus who have said I’m active on their side, and it’s a Now TV issue.

Of you can't get to the screen that asks for your username, it must be a glitch, try uninstalling and reinstalling app.

Hey, no I can get to the page and login with my details and press enter and it takes me back to the login page again. I have uninstalled the app, switched off the Now TV from the socket.

This is happening to me also. Uninstalling doesn’t make any difference
