can i add disney  plus  to my membership if using   now  through   bt tv

I don't think you can add Disney + has a bolt to your BT TV Membership.

Why don't you subscribe directly to Disney + on their UK website and then just log into the Disney + App on various playback devices including the NOW TV boxes or stick (this is what I do).

Also if you are a Tesco Clubcard member you can use your Tesco points vouchers redeemed against Disney +.

With regards to the Disney + App support on the NOW branded devices.

The NOW black generation 2 box. NOW 4K Smart box and NOW Stick supports the Disney + App.

Where the NOW Freeview Smart box doesn't support Disney + anymore since May 2023.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
