When I try and load UKTV app it opens the front page but when you select a show it just displays an error code of UKTV-11-V013. I have tried rebooting my WI-FI. I have Factory Reset my Now stick and I have deleted and re-installed the UKTV App. I have logged out and in of my UKTV account. It still returns the same error code. All other Apps ok and UKTV works on other devices in the house. Anyone have any Ideas on a solution?

Google the error message. You will get quite a few hits, with suggestions of fixes, which you can try.
The common factors seem to be UKTV, and a device with a ‘poisoned’ cache, which is probably why to only have one device affected.
But running on a Now device does not seem to be a common factor.

I had hoped that a Factory Reset of the stick would clear any issues like cache errors , but it made no difference. There does not appear to be any useful option's in the stick system menu either.
