stick remote pairing, no flashing light

I use a NOW tv stick.

My remote control is not working with new batteries inserted.

When I try to pair the remote, the green light near the pairing button does not light up.

What should I try next?

I have changed my broadband supplier since I last watched NOW; would this be a cause?

You need to connect the NOW Stick over WiFi to your new Router.

If you know the previous Router network name and WiFi password use that on your new Router.

Or if you already have an active NOW streaming TV Membership, then try a factory reset by holding in the reset button on the NOW Stick for around 15 seconds and then set up the Stick again using your new Router network name and WiFi password.
