Please can someone help with my frustration!!
Had my now tv stick now for a few years, and honestly, I love it. Even added all the bedrooms in the house to it, but after 4 years of loyal service, my remote has died. Didn't think it would be an issue, but i cannot find a compatible remote!! ( and no, its not a problem with pairing or me being stupid) ive read thay they have stopped making them? encouraged to use the roku app, which costs yet more money to DL? cant even get an answer from customer serivce.
rather leave and get some free weeks from another streaming site than have to pay £60 extra a year for a worse service.... just let me buy a replacement remote!!!!!!!!
