I was hoping to resolve this issue by talking to someone in the online chat, but noone is there whenever you click on the link for a handy technician!
Basically my remote has stopped working, been about a week now, I've changed the batteries, I've reset various things, the conclusion is, the remote is dead, so I need a new one. My son thinks we've had the now tv stick about 2 years, so it's not under warranty and I'm happy to pay for a new remote, I'd just like to be able to actually ask someone for one and get it sent to me, because I have NowTV and cant actually use it, just stare at the home screen and nothing happens!
