If you mean that when entering the six digit code from the television screen and when going to the dedicated web page on the NowTV website your internet browser screen went funny and you are stuck in a loop then disconnect the power to the Stick and start again where once you power up the Stick again a new fresh code should show on your television to enter on the web page.
Should the Stick have been setup and activated, but the free pass is not showing on your account under My Account > My Passes or there is no message under My Passes saying Voucher Waiting For You, then jump over to live chat.
