Nowtv app not jvc playstore

I just got JVC TV but I could not find Nowtv app in the playstore.

Have you looked for ‘Now’, rather than ‘NowTV’?
I know that the Microsoft Store, at least, used to be super-specific about this.

What is the model number of your JVC TV?

Yes, I have searched with the name 'Now' still cannot find it. The model of the TV is Lt-43CA420

Daft question, is it possible that it’s already pre downloaded? As my Sony TV had it downloaded upon set up.
