No, Now doesn't supply hardware anymore.

Apps, however. are available for most streaming devices and smart TV's, or you can watch in a browser.

To follow up from @Jayach NOW don’t even make their own streaming devices never mind sell them. 

If you want to watch NOW then you need to make sure you have a supported device from the below list. Otherwise you’ll need to get one, they are a streaming service, if you want to get Sky channels from a box provided by a supplier then you’ll need to go with BT or Sky directly.
