I’m really stuck and tried everything including resetting Internet and Now TV Stick.
The only app working is Netflix. I had paid for a movie pass but none of them will play (was working fine until a few days ago). The screen goes black then eventually puts me back to the home
screen.
I can’t use iPlayer, channel 4 player
etc. They just go blank. Same
problem for live TV.
My internet speed is 35.4 although the stick says the signal is fair it’s right next to the router.
Any help would be great. Thanks

Yes, I’ve done a factory reset on it. Thought I’d download the app on my phone as that uses my other WiFi band running at 85mb, the same thing happens.

Thank you. All sorted now. Not quite sure what the problem was but it seems to have resolved itself. I turned my broadband and everything else off at the mains before I went to bed and this morning it’s all working as it should. Thank goodness. Thanks for the advice.
