Itv keeps disconnecting

Only when watching itv, it cuts out & goes back to the home page, constantly, doesnt happen on any other apps. had Internet checked out, thats working perfectly???

Have you tired to delete and reinstall the app?

Worst case you can always set it back to factory settings.

Did u get this sorted as mine doing this every now and again funnily enough only started when lockdown started. Can be watching something then it goes to hone says Internet connection lost then 30 secs later its connected. Yet my phone, sons tablet etc all OK on Internet so obviously now TV problem

You could try unplugging your router and device for a few minutes.

Worse case to set the device back to factory settings.
