How do I download ITV hub

Just finish initial setup of the nowtv stick.

 

The stick restarted, then takes me to the TV guide page. Tried going to the homepage, but that won't load up, tried searching for ITV Hub, no results found.

Tried searching online. Can't seem to find how to download the ITV app?

 

Any assistance would be appreciated, cheers. 

 

I only want to watch the rugby haha 😂

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

If there is nothing showing on the horizontal row tiles under My Apps on the main NOW home screen.

 

Then navigate down the bottom of the NOW home screen and click on the App Store tile.

 

Then once added it should pop up on the MY Apps horizontal gird row.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Forgot to mention if you are having problems with the new layout, see if you can access Settings > System > System Update on your NOW Stick.

 

If that doesn't work try this a forced firmware update on the Stick by accessing the Stick secret menu.

 

This updates your software, fixing any faults in the process.

  • Start by pressing your NOW remote control buttons in this order:

Home x5
Fast Forward x3
Rewind x2

  • Select the Update Software option that appears on the next screen.
  • Press OK, even if you already have the latest version. 

Should that not make a difference try a reboot on your Stick and Router.
