i already have now tv WiFi so i have purchased a now tv smart stick
i paired it with my TV then put the activation code displayed on the tv screen in on my phone
it then asked me to log in as I did with my email and password, then a “oops something went wrong at our end, please refresh the page to continue”
I have now gone through an hour of trying with many different codes (as they refresh after 9 minutes) and I’m STILL getting this message
can anyone help! I’m unsure wether their systems may be down, I’ve tried the automated chat but no help

Also i believe another forum member had success by rebooting both their Router & Stick and then trying again by following the instructions on their television screen.
I believe another forum member had success using their smartphone with mobile data with the Fire Fox internet browser on their phone.
Apart from that i am out of ideas sorry.
