Hi guys, I’ve been having a problem with channel 4 on my stick. It just keeps saying “this is embarrassing…” I’ve tried updating it, deleted it and reinstalled it. And still getting the same. My now tv stick is up to date as well

Try unplugging both stick and your router for a few minutes.
Worst case set the stick to factory settings.

Hi, unfortunately even the hard reset hasn’t worked.

Sorry, this didn’t actually resolve the situation either. Will just have to keep trying until it works again I guess.

There’s a little button on the side of the stick.
In the first place, with TV and Stick on and watching Stick, press this button until the Stick starts to soft reset (less than 15 seconds), then let go of it.
See if this fixes it.
If this doesn’t work, then again with TV and Stick on and watching Stick, press this button for more than 15 seconds (time it), so it hard resets.
After this, you would have to set the Stick up again, and then see if it had fixed it.
