My TV stick has broke how do I get a new one sent to me for free as I'm not paying for a new one when it wasn't me who broke it

@Anonymous User you'll need to be more specific with 'stick', 'broke' and 'it wasn't me'.
Is it a Now branded stick? Where did you purchase it? Is it within warranty? What do you mean by broken (is it not powering up, are you getting an on screen error message)?
Now no longer make or supply devices either directly to customers or via retailers.
