Bbc iPlayer and sounds not loading

Hi, is anyone else having issues with both bbc iPlayer and sounds not loading?  Everything else, prime, uk play, itv, 4 etc working as normal.  
mice tried all the usual reset, reset my router, deleted and reinstalled but still nothing.  Been 5 days now.

Try doing a factory reset to the router.

Otherwise you are best to report the issue with iPlayer and sounds directly.

Hi @Lisatheperson  - are you using a NOW TV Stick? I've just tried on mine and both iPlayer and Sounds are working OK.

Did your network reset fix the issue for you?
