Firstly did you try switching the power off on your Router for about 30 minutes that i suggested on your other post ?
If so, then see if any of these trouble shooting steps in the link below helps.
Start with step 1, then try step 6, then try step 2 where if you click the green drop down arrow next to the steps it will expand the instructions on screen.

Even though your phone is now working on the same wifi and router, still try the trouble shooting steps mentioned on my previous post above.
Did you also try switching the power off to your Router for about 30 minutes because this sometimes clears the VPN message on your NowTV box or stick.
Edit - I am assuming you are using a NowTV box or stick with your Television ?
