Viewing freeview without internet connection

Advise please?

 

I would like to use the freeview channels when not connected to an internet source, we have connection via Android mobile hotspot on phone, but that often loses data signal as weak reception area. Also unable to switch on box without internet connection?

Hi @Anonymous User yes it works without internet. You will get blank icons for the internet supported services.

That's good to know 4268, the other problem is waking up the box from sleep mode so far I have only been able to do it by opening mobile hotspot, the light flashes on box when I press remote but remains dim?

The quickest way to wake up the box from sleep is to press the home button on the remote control, the white LED at the front of the box should momentarily turn on and then off and shortly after it should be up and running. 🙂
