NowTV smart box not working

Just got a smart box and set it up and it's refusing to show any channels, terrestial or NowTV.

I've got 2 standard boxes that are working fine and terrestial is coming through with the aerial plugged into the TV.

I've tried it on WiFi as well as cabled and no joy, 720 as well as 1080 and no luck.

What's going on?

Thanks for reporting back @Anonymous User,

 

Given that your issue is not NOW TV Combo package related, perhaps it would be more appropriate to have it moved out of the forums NOW TV Combo section and into the forums dedicated NOW TV Smart Box sub-section.

 

Is there a NOW TV Team Member who can oblige please?
