Won't work

New tv box had it now for 3 wks and still won't work tried everything it will take your account details fine but not your tv box really had a enough

First thing first. Can you please confirm the make an model of your NOW TV playback device?

 

Is it the NOW TV 'white' (Roku LT) box? Which looks like this: -

Is it the NOW TV 'black' (4200SK - Roku 3) box? Which looks like this: -

Is it the NOW TV 'smart' (4500SK - NOW TV) box? Which looks like this: -

I would just like to add a few questions to SMD's request, and they are:

 

1) Are you getting any error messages?

 

2) What visuals, if any, are you getting on your TV?

 

3) You said "...had it now for 3 wks and still won't work tried everything...". What exactly have you tried?

I do get error messages I do have the now tv advert and that's it I've change my password 5 times I have switch it on and off changed my email change the leads put a pin in the back some one suggest I don't know what else I haven't to do 2 get it 2 work

And it still won't let me login in even though I have it on my mobile and now tv box up stairs

Hi Peace

 

You know, if you have used the same set-up method you used on your working "upstairs" box then I would strongly suggest you exchange for another one while it's still within the "guarantee period"

 

No one should hold onto a new item that does not work.
