WONT LET ME ADD MY NOWTV BOX

I've tried always to add my NOWTV box and it won't let me I want something doing about this.

Thanks for posting, thanks for posting. As mentioned by @4268 there are rules to how our device management works. Use the article for a blueprint for future queries, I can also see that this has been looked into this for you which is grand 🙂
