Set up problems

When setting up my account and it's time for my card detail it tells me payment couldn't be authorised but my card is a via and I have a number of times now with the same issue over and over again

@Anonymous User does the card have credit? A small hold is placed on the card to allow them to store the transaction id and confirm your address and age.

You need at least 10p in your account for a tempory hold so nowtv can validate card name and address.
