Been charged for something i've not used

Hello i've only ever used the free 14 day trial when i first got my NowTV Box which i cancelled before there time was up but for some reason you have charded me £9.99

 

Had a look in my account "your order history" which only says NOW TV Subscription Purchase: Sky Movies Month Pass - Sky Movies Pass (Your subscription cost has been discounted by 100%) £0.00 CreditCard 9th Nov 2013 

 

So why do i have a charge of £9.99 on my credit card

Spoke to someone on Live Chat and it looks like my old account which i haven't used in years was charged as setup a new one for my elderly neighbour so they could have catchup tv via a NowTV box via my wifi free of charge

 

All sorted thanks to the helpful person on live chat who gave me a refund
