I cancelled my membership a few weeks ago and I’ve been charged again!

Did you get confirmation email of said cancellation? If not the process wasn't completed.

How many memberships do you have? As cancelling one doesn't automatically cancel them all.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

If you received cancellation emails for ALL memberships, then you need to speak with staff via live chat. As they won't be on here.
