Unauthorised charges for Boost

I gave not asked for a Boost subscription. In fact I rejected it when it was originally offered.  You have been charging me for this and I would like a refund.

Your assumption that you will be dealing with anyone that can hand out refunds on this forum is incorrect I’m afraid. We are just customers like you. 

In fact all refunds must be communicated by live chat or email. 

To prevent any further memberships starting without your say so I would strongly recommend to putt a payment PIN on your account.

As for live chat, you need to click “chat online” within the green box, don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
