Request for refund

I cancelled my subscription on the 4th of December but I was still charged on the 14th of December. May I kindly get a refund?

Did you get any email confirmations of the cancellation? If not then the cancellation process wasn't completed I hate to say. 

For any chance of a refund, you need to speak to with staff via live chat. Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.
