Youtube video quality

I'm trying to watch the Womens' Scotland vs England rugby. On my ChromeBook the video quality is outstanding, but on my NowTV box (black) it is showing a low quality stream. Can I select video quality? I have 34Mb fibre, so loads of bandwidth for a bit of video.

Sorry to hear bout the low video quality you experienced on your NOW TV Box.

 

You should be getting the same quality of stream.

 

Can you try a hard reset if it happens again.
