Have you tried rebooting both your NowTV box and Router ?
A few LG Smart TV and xBox users have reported in the last 24 hours that their devices will not load with the spinning coloured loading circles where according to Twitter NowTV are aware of it and working on a fix.
Not aware about the NowTV boxes, where my NowTV box is currently playing fine where i am watching the JoJo Rabbit film whilst typing this message.
