No Internet connection. Tried everything from resetting, phoneline test, ect ect. Is Now tv service down? I live in Wales. Help.

You’ve tagged the wrong item as the NOW box black is the discontinued streaming box from NOW.
Since you’ve done the standard troubleshooting you need to call the broadband team. See below link for number.
