Cutting off through film!

Hi we are new to now tv, it has been fab so far but we got a voucher to rent a film and we are using it and chosen a film but every 2/3 mins it goes off and the screen goes blank so we have to restart it again anybody had this problem ?

Does the problem occur when watching a rented movie or show from the Sky Store using the NowTV box ?

 

If so a couple of people have reported this issue (see similar thread linked below).

Hi yeah we rented a movie and it literally won't stop cutting off overly 2/3 sometimes less it so annoying!
