Cannot get Now TV up at all on TV

I've just set up my Now TV account online but when I have plugged my box into my TV it is doing absolutely nothing! I just get a blank screen on every HDMI input channel that I try. Also, I cannot find the app anywhere on my TV. Really frustrating!

You might have more luck posting your question within the dedicated 'NOW TV Box (black)' sub-section instead of the 'LG' sub-section...

Perhaps a nice forum moderator will move your topic for you!

First thing first... The Now TV Box test: -

 

When you first connect the Now TV 'black' Box to its power supply, does the 'white light' on the right of the box illuminate?

 

When you press the up/down/left/right arrows on the remote control, does the 'white light' flicker?

 

If these things happen, both the box and the remote are active!
