Since and update was done yesterday on the Now TV app for iPad, every time you click on a show you get the error code 5 message. Goes into the show, looks like it's going to play then kicks you out of the episode and comes up with the error 5. This is on every show.
have uninstalled and re-installed, but still the same outcome.
have used this app for a couple of years now and never had these issues. Really annoyed. Plays ok on all other devices.

Error 5 is "Error initialising or activating NOW TV."
According to the help page:
Download the latest version of the app.
Quit and restart the app.
Turn off any Firewall blockers.
Make sure your account is fully set up and working on a PC or Mac.
Also check that in your device settings, the time zone is set to UK and VPN says Not Connected.
Then go to the privacy section in Settings and make sure location services are turned on.

Already been through all of those steps, with no result. Still continues with the same message
