Only playing 2 minutes

I am trying to watch Greys anatomy, but when I click on the episode it says only 2min 40sec of it is the whole episode! Iv tried uninstalling and reinstalling, switching off on iPad. None of this works. Which makes me think it's a problem with now tv and not me. Is anyone else having trouble?

Which episode is this? Have you checked that episode on the NOWTV website to check whether this is an error with the app?
