Now TV app on my smart Tv only shows movies but I have a sky sports pass and an entertainment pass. Why can I not watch this

Are you using a Youview box by any chance on your TV ?
If so the Youview NowTV App only currently supports on demand movies.

I’m having the same issue. I have sports and entertainment passes on an ongoing monthly payment but my account is only showing the entertainment one and I can’t watch the sports
