I have iPhone 12 Pro Max with nowtv app installed with active sports membership. When I select live stream of a sports channel it’s goes in loading mode but video never loads. This problem is only with iPhone. Works in iPad firestick and MacBook. I have reinstalled app but still have same issue. Sometimes it works when I restart the phone and I launch the app, but does not work always. Both iPhone and app are updated to latest version of software
do anyone know what can I do
