xbox one unable to load video

so iv been watching nowtv on my xbox one for months but this morning its saying unable to load video iv tried uninstalling reinstalling cleared my casch (spelling wrong) took the power cable out for 2 min reset my internet modem still nothing any ideas what to do im on bt internet services in uk
